Introduction to Drone Photography Workshop
with Jeff Voigt

Curious about drone photography but don't know where to start?
Join Crab Creek Conservancy and acclaimed Annapolis aerial photographer, Jeff Voigt, for a fun and informative introduction to drone photography. This will be an outdoor workshop with instruction in the field. Learn key considerations to buying your first drone; best safety practices; regulatory requirements; and how to compose an aerial image using a drone. All participants will get hands-on flight time!
When: Saturday, Aug. 20 5:00-7:00 PM; Rain date will be Sunday, August 21 from 5:00-7:00 PM.
Where: Annapolis Middle School. 1399 Forest Dr., Annapolis, MD. Meet in main parking area by the bleachers.
Cost: $125 per participant. Cancellation policy: cancel prior to 7 days of the event, and registration will be refunded in full. Cancellation within 7 days, but with at least 48 hours notice will be refunded at 50%.

This event will help support Crab Creek Conservancy’s forest and habitat conservation efforts in the Crab Creek Watershed.
Jeff Voigt is an FAA Commercial-rated drone pilot with nearly 50 years of experience as a manned pilot. His passion for capturing the iconic places of Annapolis from the air combined with his love for teaching.
