Crab Creek Conservancy is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization and a registered Maryland nonprofit based in Annapolis, MD. We educate the public about the significant natural habitats, including wetlands, mature forests, and old fields of the Crab Creek Watershed along with the many ecological benefits the watershed provides for the Annapolis Neck Peninsula and the Chesapeake Bay. We also advocate for the protection of ecologically valuable land within the Crab Creek Watershed from all presently proposed and future development, recognizing the extraordinary natural values of this watershed to the Annapolis Peninsula.

Crab Creek Conservancy has appealed the Annapolis Planning Commission decision to cut over 27 acres of Crystal Spring Forest, the largest Priority Forest in Annapolis. Read the full press release.
